Codwarez's Official Patch!

Here is where I will be posting codwarez's official MW2 patch. I will be working on it and updating it so expect updates soon.

V2: Added flashing scoreboard to admin menu

V3: Added rain money, advertisement tweak, advertisement 2, and Changed background colour of the menu to black and white.

V4: Changed/removed things to improve stability and create room for future edits. Removed Carepackage bunker, removed jetpack, fixed "Low Gravity" so that you can actually jump and go to the ground, Changed 2nd advertisement, fixed Infections making the minimap too big, Killstreak menu now only accessible by co-admin and up, and made the menu look a little bit nicer.(Untested! Please test and let me know if it is ok.)

It's just an edit to mossy's private patch, but I'm working on making really different.
